Un familiar inform\u00f3 al personal prehospitalario que el paciente ten\u00eda como antecedente insuficiencia renal cr\u00f3nica.<br \/><br \/>Ante los hallazgos, Protecci\u00f3n Civil realiz\u00f3 la regulaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica correspondiente con el Centro Regulador de Urgencias M\u00e9dicas (CRUM), que asign\u00f3 como unidad receptora el Hospital General de Ticom\u00e1n, en Gustavo A. Madero.<br \/><br \/>Sin embargo, al arribar al hospital, el personal m\u00e9dico receptor manifest\u00f3 que el paciente, a su criterio, no requer\u00eda atenci\u00f3n hospitalaria de urgencia y no acept\u00f3 su ingreso como paciente de urgencias.
