Desde una azotea colindante se verific\u00f3 el colapso del 60 por ciento de una losa al interior del patio, adem\u00e1s de polines en estado de putrefacci\u00f3n y grietas con signos de inestabilidad en las estructuras restantes.<br \/><br \/>Previamente, al arribo de los cuerpos de emergencia de la Alcald\u00eda Cuauht\u00e9moc, un vecino refiri\u00f3 haber escuchado ruidos ocasionados por el derrumbe, mismos sonidos que ya se hab\u00edan presentado una semana antes, de acuerdo con lo informado por el vecino. <br \/><br \/>La Direcci\u00f3n General de Gobierno notificar\u00e1 a la persona propietaria del predio sobre las condiciones en que se encuentra, con el fin de que, en coordinaci\u00f3n con Protecci\u00f3n Civil, se definan acciones que permitan dar soluci\u00f3n y evitar riesgos a los habitantes de la zona.<br \/><br \/>Para el Gobierno de Cuauht\u00e9moc, que encabeza la alcaldesa Ale Rojo de la Vega, la prioridad es salvaguardar la integridad de las y los vecinos.
